     Dick's education includes a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA and a Masters Degree in Humanistic Psychology from Goddard College, Plainfield, VT.

     This education has been supplemented by extensive postgraduate training in both psychotherapy and mediation.

      Practical experience includes a private practice in counseling, psychotherapy and mediation. It also includes over ten years of volunteer service as a facilitator of self-help support groups for the separated and divorced.

 

 

Mediation is a source of neutral, third party guidance and facilitation in negotiating agreements. It is not intended as legal counsel, psychological counseling or therapy; but it can incorporate the services of such specialists as desired.
